Fears

Fears can be a very limiting process but with a little knowledge and application they can be released.  They spring from the unconscious and are the result of material held there.  Fears are the result of a specific block of knowledge change the block of knowledge and the fear will change or be released. This block of material includes specific knowledge and excludes certain knowledge.

It is much like math or even a recipe as you change the ingredients you change the outcome.  You do not fear something if you know nothing about it and have no experience with it unless you simply cover it with something like fearing all new things which is also subject to change.  You change or release the fear by changing the component knowledge that creates it. It is like cooking change the ingredients and the outcome is also changed.

You can sometimes resolve a fear simply by asking what would happen if ...........(the fear)... came to pass?  
Many times just realizing the limts on your fears often takes you to a new understanding and a release of the fear which is a limited belief model.

But I prefer to look back to the source file or original moment when the fear was caused or set in motion.
Recently I spoke at a meeting of hyptno-therapists and at one of the breaks a woman came over to me and asked how one of her clients who had skidded on Black Ice and now feared all highway driving could change this fear.  I simply asked her how would her client feel if she had not skidded on the Black Ice?  You see we remember experiences in agreement with our beliefs.  This is why different people watching the same occurrence remember it differently.  If her client changes this "experience" to any significant degree she will change her fear because the fear is based upon this body of knowledge. She could forget the experience, why not she has forgotten other things. She could imagine experiencing it differently by going back to just before the memory then seeing herself going through it in a more acceptable way.  She could create a whole new experience where she was nowhere near that highway and keep pondering it until it becomes as strong as the original experience.  If there is limited memory I would suggest using a simple displacement such as watching all this on a screen looking over your own shoulder etc.

Another powerful personal tool is using simple basic two finger anchoring.  I will add a video showing this but as you watch it you will see how easy change can be.
