Hepatic circulation

During the day our bodies are polarized in such a way that our circulation is heavily outer referring to the Heart and vascular system (veins, capillaries and arteries). At night we change our polarity and our circulation moves deep within. In acupuncture it is believed the reserve Life Force is stored in the Heart and then the Kidney. This nighttime recharging is essential to health and long life. It is at this time that in the process of re polarization our inner circulation becomes stronger as the outer circulation weakens. For the daytime outer circulation to be strong we must experience a strong nighttime re polarization. The core night time circulation is the Lower Hepatic Circulation between the Liver and Kidneys (also Gallbladder, Pancreas, Spleen & Intestines). Hepatic circulation is divided into two distinct areas. The upper area is compromised of Liver, Lungs and Heart. The lower circulation is the Liver to Kidneys and to a lesser degree Gall Bladder, Pancreas, Spleen and intestines.

If you wake up in the morning and your lower back is stiff your Lower Hepatic Circulation may be weak. The herb Mullein taken 4-5 times a week will, over time, give you relief because it will increase the night time lower hepatic circulation and in turn increase the circulation from the kidneys down and through the legs. It is for this reason it aids in preventing and in the healing of varicose veins. If you have any doubt about the health of your Liver I would take Milk Thistle or any respected Liver herbal blend at the same time as you take the Mullein. The combination should act to heal both organs and strengthen the lower circulation.

To stimulate the upper hepatic circulation take Ginseng. While opinions vary about Ginseng it has been my experience that stimulates the inner vitality or energy levels. The Cayce Readings stated it did this by stimulating the glands (endocrine). I believe this applies to the Panax or Asian/Korean Ginseng. American Ginseng is a different plant having different qualities.
